I have come across this post, and would like to apply or inquire about this position to see if my experience is enough of a match to be considered for hire. I believe i have a strong set of skills that are a direct match to the job posted, although they may be more soft skills, than direct technical cross-over.

In my current position, I am a senior Quality Assurance Manager who has outlined the processes, and tools needed to qualify and run the Systems Verification team for a chip level telecommunications product. This is the second team I have built in China. With these positions, I have hired, trained, and outlined the processes, skill, reporting, and quality standards needed to qualify our products in international markets. My current team is 14 persons, and I work directly in conjunction with the project managers and functional heads in achieving timely releases. I have 10 years of test experience, and 3+ years managing here in China.
